Boxes by Rev. Marx

The sides are sapele. The tops and bottoms are maple. The corners are mitered with ebony splines. The top slides open like a pencil box, and has a laser engraved design. Both boxes were finished with shellac and paste wax.

Serving Tray by Russell

This is a walnut and maple serving tray I made for my wife. It was my first project with halfblind dovetails. Its finished with clear shellac and paste wax.

it’s 8 1/5″ tall, 7″ wide and 432 pieces of maple & purple heart.

Ping Pong Table by Darrick

I was commissioned by a production company in St. Louis who are renovating part of their office space to build a custom ping pong table. This is made from walnut plywood with white oak trim and walnut accents, a solid walnut and white oak chevron pattern in the center of the table, sitting on a solid walnut base with white oak accents. I also made a couple custom paddles with walnut handles to go with it. You can find more of my work on instagram @dhbuilds

The hardwood is all locally sourced and came from Lumber Logs LLC in St. Louis and the walnut plywood came from St. Charles Hardwoods, Inc.
