This week I am sharing an overview my sharpening methods. This isn’t meant to be an all encompassing sharpening video, I’m just sharing the nuances of my method. Sharpening is something that is always evolving for me.
The main focus of my technique is maintaining a sharp edge. I do not wait for the edge to become dull. As soon as I feel the edge start to lose it’s sharpness, I’ll go to my finest sharpening medium and free hand hone the edge. I like this method because it only takes a few seconds and I’m back to work.
