Table Saw Blade Alignment (Cabinet Style Saw)

I recently changed the bearing in my table saw and in doing so I removed the table top.  So now with the top placed back onto the cabinet, I need to set the blade parallel to the miter slots and fence.  There are numerous ways to do this.  The method I am going to show primarily uses a combination square.
