Style 3 is a casual, low back chair. It features a modern/minimalist design with tapered and curved front legs, no lower stretchers, a crest rail that sits atop the rear legs, and three curved back slats. Choose from three different types of material: Soft Maple, Cherry, and Walnut.

Ordered 4 of kit #3 on December 19, 2023. Chair kits received in 3 days in Illinois. I opened the parts to let them acclimate to my shop for a few days. The packing was excellent, no damage at all. All parts were there, exactly as shown on the website. I followed Matt’s great video directions, along with the written directions. I am a hobby woodworker, and would say if you can sand, dry fit, glue, and apply finish, these chair kits are within your capability to build! You can see my results at cwe_woodworks on Instagram.
