I spent the last week working on the Bandsaw mill. I had a lot of setbacks while working on the raise/lower mechanism but I have a new plan to make that function. I just started working on the blade guides and put a blade on the saw for the first time.

Lego Table by Bryan
A friend of mine is building a Lego-themed tree house for Make-A-Wish and asked if I’d make a small table as part of the furnishings. He wanted it to look like a 4 stud Lego with a lower shelf for displaying a Lego creation, painted blue, and possibly a built in light. I then decided to make a few of the Lego studs mechanical.
One Lego stud is spring loaded and functions as the light switch.
Another Lego studs unlocks the back panel – instant “secret” storage and access to change batteries.
