This week I spent some time slabbing up the two logs in my backyard while waiting for coats of finish to dry on the upper case of the secretary. Most of the desk components have are finished now. I just have one more coat to add to the backboards. I received the hardware for the entire desk last week so once everything is done and together I can install all of that. Over the weekend I visited a family farm where the maple syrup I eat every day is made.
