Arrow of Light Awards by Sam
Here are a few pics of the Cub Scout arrow of light awards I made out of our old Kitchen cabinet doors to up-cycle the materials, I used the band saw, hand plane, drill press, chisels, and finished with spray lacquer. A friend helped out with wood burning the date and pack numbers.
Patio Table by Todd
This table was from a pecan tree and a cedar tree I got off craigslist a couple of years ago then used the chainsaw mill to make the lumber.
Waterfall Table by Kris
I used a slab of live edge padauk to create this waterfall style desk for my office. The leg is made from hard maple, and I used heartwood from the cutoffs to make plugs for the screw holes.

Wedding Photo Frame by Scott
I followed Marc Spagnuolo’s design that he featured in his Frames guild project over at TWWG. My frame was at quite a larger scale and I chose to use a different construction method than he did. Even though no one will ever notice, I made sure to bookmatch the pieces for each side. This is the first time when I didn’t just use the board as is, but rather cut out sections from a larger board that contained the grain pattern that I wanted.
